The difference a few years can make

Back in 2020 I decided to leave a secure job I loved all because the itch was there to scratch, what if I could do this myself

The first photo is 2 year mark where I acquired the second unit behind my unit and knocked the wall to expand the gym

BBC started because a few people put their faith in me to help them on their health and fitness goals and we have now evolved into a thriving community

We started with one of everything

We now have three dedicated weight lifting stations and two of every cardio machine along with some popular commercial equipment such as assisted chin up machine and leg extensions

With 15 years experience, a BSc in Exercise Management and an MSc in Neuroscience & Psychology of Mental Health, and all necessary professional certificates, I am confident Whatever your goal, we can cater for it 💪

If you are tired of lack of attention from your coach, non specific advice and feeling directionless when it comes to your health.

This isn’t a post to make anyone feel guilty.

This mother brings her baby with her, and her little motivator comes along for the journey.

No perfect circumstances. No waiting for life to get easier. Just finding a way to keep moving forward with what matters most right beside her.

Everyone’s circumstances are different. This is simply a reminder of what determination can look like.

He has been showing up consistently for longer than I can remember...he might get caught in work more than he likes to..but that doesn’t stop him from HIITing a workout from home or running across the square and going straight into burpees.
His attitude, commitment and excellent progress has not gone unnoticed!
