⚽ Colman Brady 7’s Tournament ⚽

The tournament is being held in memory of Colman Brady, who had a huge passion for football and was a great supporter of the grassroots game.

All proceeds will go to Tuam Cancer Care, making it a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a great day of football while helping a very worthy cause.

If you’re interested in playing or getting involved, please get in touch. We’d love to see as many people as possible come together to honour Colman’s memory and celebrate the game he loved.

Massive congratulations to Colemanstown United’s very own Siana O’Grady on an incredible week of sporting success! 👏⚽🏆
Siana, alongside her teammates at Presentation College Athenry, first captured the 1st Year Schools FAI Connacht Final title before going all the way to become FAI All-Ireland Schools U14 A Cup Champions! 🇮🇪🏆
As if that wasn’t enough, Siana also added All-Ireland Gymnastics medals to her growing collection during a remarkably busy and successful week. 🤸‍♀️🥇
Your hard work, dedication and talent continue to make your family, school, club and community immensely proud. We look forward to watching your journey and future successes!
Well done Siana – a fantastic achievement on all fronts! 💚🤍⚽

Great News

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our club has received €7,000 through the 2026 Community Fund from Athenry Credit Union towards the installation of two new ball-stop nets behind both goals.

Brian Saunders & Martina Donnellan proudly attended the presentation event at the Raheen Woods Hotel on behalf of the club, where they gratefully accepted the cheque. This generous support from Athenry Credit Union will allow us to complete these important safety improvements much sooner than we had anticipated.

This project is about far more than just ball-stop nets. It represents investment in safety, community partnership & creating a safer environment for our players, supporters, volunteers & visitors alike.

To Athenry Credit Union, we extend a huge Míle Buíochas & our sincerest thanks. Your financial support is deeply appreciated & will go a long way towards helping us achieve the club’s future safety goal.
