With our new class timetable starting the 11th of September with the re-introduction of evening classes, we have two free yoga classes taking place this Wednesday (see poster for details, yoga will be €12 per class excluding this taster class). This is a chance to meet the instructor and ask any questions you may have. There will be two yoga classes, the first is chair yoga at 6pm and athletic recovery yoga at 7pm.
