Happy pancakes everyone.Here's the ingredients for crepes.A bit lighter then pancakes.You'll need.100 gram flour,3 dl milk,3 eggs,1 big spoon of sugar.mix all and leave for 30 min. to rest.the mixture not you.Fry in a frying pan use very little oil.kitchen paper and butter and give the pan a wipe,that should do.enjoy with mapel syrup or sugar with lemon juice.
