Comfortably Uncomfortable.

A phrase someone said to me while I was training for the Dublin Marathon two years ago, and it’s stuck with me ever since.

At the time it was about running. Now I realise it applies to pretty much everything.

Training. Work. Business. Life.

Growth rarely happens when everything feels easy.

Sometimes you’ve just got to get comfortable being uncomfortable and keep moving forward. 👊
