There was a time when everything felt uncertain.

I didn’t have all the answers.
I didn’t have a perfect plan.

I just knew things had to change.

So I started showing up.

For myself.
For my kids.
For the life I knew we deserved.

And somewhere along the way, something shifted.
The more I showed up, the stronger I became.
The stronger I became, the more confidence I built.

And once I realised I could do hard things, I stopped putting limits on what was possible.

The physique came later.
The business came later.
The life came later.
It all started with one decision…to stop waiting and start.

What I’m most proud of is that my kids got to watch it happen.

They watched me keep going when things were hard.
They watched me rebuild when it would’ve been easier to stay where I was.
They watched resilience in real life.

And my hope is that one day, when life tests them, they’ll remember that hard things can be overcome ❤️

This is the story of how I got here. ❤️
I know there are so many people out there that can relate so please know you can have the life you always wanted, regardless of where you are now ❤️

✨5 weeks into the mini cut✨

3.3kg down.

Not because I’ve “mostly” followed the plan.
Not because I’ve been good Monday to Friday.
Not because I’ve guessed my way through it.

Because I’ve executed.

Food came down.
Cardio went up.
Training stayed consistent.
The plan got done.

That’s it.

A mini cut isn’t a prep. The goal isn’t to drag it out for months. The goal is to get in, get the job done, and get back to building as quickly as possible.

The body is tightening up.
Conditioning is coming back.
Progress is exactly where we want it to be.
Now it’s time to push through the next few weeks and finish the job.

And here’s the thing most people don’t want to hear

Results usually aren’t limited by the plan.
They’re limited by the ex*****on.

If you give the process 50%, don’t expect 100% results. You get out what you put in.

The people who make the fastest progress aren’t always the most talented.
They’re the ones who stop negotiating with the plan and start executing it.

Consistency gets results.

5kg down. More importantly, a completely different mindset.

When she came to me, she wasn’t overeating.

She was doing the opposite.

Working, studying, training hard and trying to survive on nowhere near enough food.

No structure.
No routine.
No consistency.

She’d have good days, bad days and everything in between. Training sessions felt harder than they should have because her body simply wasn’t being fuelled properly.

Her goal wasn’t a photoshoot.

It wasn’t to get stage lean.

She just wanted to feel better in herself before going on holidays.

So we kept it simple.

We put structure around her nutrition.
Built a routine she could actually stick to.
Focused on consistency instead of perfection.

There were social events.
There were busy weeks.
There were plenty of opportunities to fall off track.

She didn’t.

She stuck to the plan, week after week, and the results took care of themselves.

5kg down.
A tighter waist.
More shape.
More confidence.
More energy.

And the best part?

She went on holidays feeling proud of herself instead of wishing she’d started sooner.

That’s what happens when you stop looking for the perfect plan and start committing to the one in front of you.

Consistency isn’t sexy.

But sitting on a beach confident AF is 😂

This one was slow, wholesome, full of family, good food, and quality time for my son’s communion. I’m not religious but I’ll always appreciate any excuse that brings everyone together for a few hours.
