Our sessions are designed for busy parents, professionals and people that dislike long workouts!

They are approachable for newcomers and people that may be already active and looking to spicy it up a bit 😆

Most successful fitness, health or gym clubs have a community aspect and that’s no accident.

Look at ParkRun…how many people have got into running because of ParkRun, not because of a lonely 5km each week.

Being part of something enhances the enjoyment and keeps you going back. You keep going back, you see results…BOOM a positive loop!

At Hitsona Ballina we really push the community side. No judgements, supportive coaches and Hitsonians and a culture of progress over perfection.

The Reluctant Exercisers Project is nearly coming to an end! 😮

And I just know there are still people watching this thinking…
“I should probably do something…”
“I know I need to start…”
“I just don’t know where I’d feel comfortable.”

And those are the people we created this for...

🫣Those who haven’t exercised in years.
🙁Those whose confidence may have taken a knock when it comes to exercise.
😔People who are fed up of joining a million different things, feeling out of place and giving up a few weeks later.

And I believe that finding somewhere you genuinely feel comfortable enough to keep coming back to really matters and thats why Hitsona Ballina exists...

Tired of mirrors and people hugging machines and equipment while trying to get your exercise in?

We have the solution for you, we have a strict no mirrors and posers policy 😌

In Hitsona you will find regular normal people like yourself that want to do their exercise without feeling intimidated or judged.

Most of us are busy professionals, busy parents and family carers. We exercise to wind off from all our worries and look after ourselves.

If anything, all you have to worry is that you might get caught up with a bit of banter 🙄😂

Interested in joining? Or even get a bit of information on what we do and stand for?

This post is to help you clarify the process, it's not complicated, I promise! 😊

1. The first step is to look at this page, Instagram or even our website, we often post about what we do, what kind of people join our community and what we're looking to achieve.

It may help you clarify if we're what you're looking for, no hard feelings

2. The second step would be to book a phone with us, it can take between 8 to 12 minutes depending on each person's needs!

The first purpose of this call is to see what your goals are and how we could help, literally saving your time if we don't fit your needs. Then we would speak about what our members do and what you could expect for us. We also try to see if we can fit around your schedule and budget, don't worry you don't need to share your life story, just trying to be realistic before you commit your time and hard earned money 😉

3. If you're interested and we're the right fit we would invite you to come and see the studio and explain the ins and outs of happens in the studio, as simple and clear as possible to avoid confusion or frustration, we don't try to sell as our priority but rather help people have a healthier, happier life while being comfortable with who they are👏

Again, if it doesn't work for you, no hard feelings, we understand.

4. Step 4, if you are interested in committing we then show the different packages that you can choose for, no pressure, you choose what works best for you! And we start the on-boarding process .

5. Be ready to feel energetic and better with yourself after your first session specially if you haven't exercised in a long time! It happens all the time! That's the power of exercising and having a bit of craic/banter 😛

Extra: do you know someone who's currently a member? That makes it much easier even 🤔 all members are more than welcome to bring a friend to give it a try, just let them know and I'll book a session so you can try and have a quick chat!

💚"Who comes to Hitsona?"💚

I had a chat with a marketing guy last week.

He wanted to help me “get hundreds of new members” for Hitsona Ballina.

Thing is....I don’t want hundreds of new members.

I just want a few who are an amazing fit, will enjoy it, and will get real results inside our community.

He asked me who a “typical Hitsona person” is.

So I made a list of the kind of people who end up loving it here:

👋 Busy parents juggling work, kids, and trying to look after themselves.
🤗 Retired men and women improving their health.
👶 New mums getting back into exercise after having a baby.
👵 Grandparents who want the energy to keep up with the grandkids.
💚 People on a big weight loss journey after time away from exercise.
⛑️ Teachers, nurses and shift workers fitting sessions around real life.
👩‍❤️‍👨 Couples supporting each other to be healthier and happier
🙃 Brand new members who are nervous about what’s in store (most people).
🤪 Long time members who love the buzz and the laughs and have been here from month 1!

He didn’t really know what to say to that.

Because we don’t have one “type” in terms of age, background, or fitness level.

But we definitely have a type in terms of mindset.

Hitsona is for people who want:
