The 2026 River Moy Half Marathon would not have been possible without our amazing volunteers. As we come to the close of National Volunteering Week, we want to say a huge thank you to each and every person who gave their time, energy and support.
To those who helped as musicians and our MC and brought great atmosphere to the day, those who cooked and prepared refreshments, chopped fruit, managed registration, looked after social media, acted as stewards and safety cyclists, put up signs, handed out water, helped with set-up,picked up litter and everyone who played their part behind the scenes — thank you. A big thank you as well to our amazing sponsors for their support and generosity in helping make the event such a success.
The day simply wouldn’t have happened without the support of our amazing community. Fair play to every one of you who rolled up your sleeves and got stuck in. Take a bow — you all played your part in making it a day to remember and we’re hugely grateful for all your support
