Mayo Mud Run is a cross country adventure race. The aim is to provide a well organised, friendly, muddy and FUN event, set in a beautiful location. It consists of an aprox 8 km route of energy sapping clean DIRTY fun as you run, crawl, jump over natural terrain,while endeavoring not to get lost on the forest trails, with the common denominator of mud always only a footstep away.What better way to
come and explore the raw beauty of the Mayo countryside. Participants can vary from the fiercely competitive through to fun runners/walkers, charity runners/walkers, and people who have never done anything like this in their lives. Dates:

Event schedule and times
Enter online and register on day from 11am. Places will be limited. Race Waiver signature mandatory. Wave start depending on numbers. Run starts at Moygownagh Community Centre at 1pm . Changing/showering facilities (Hot water for all the finishers !!), hose down area and ample car parking available. Complimentary refreshments after run in Centre.
