Congratulations to La-Verne Crowley after completing her first competition at the national drug free powerlifting championships last weekend. La-Verne is only a few months training so relatively new to the sport but has continued to impress week after week. No doubt La-Verne has a massive future in this sport:-)

We recently had the honour of welcoming James O'Connell, Ireland's strongest drug free powerlifter (and all round nice guy:-)) totaling over 800kgs, to our Gym. James gave us some fantastic coaching which i'm sure was a huge benefit to all lifters.

Affiliated with the IDFPA (Irish Drug Free Powerlifting Association) we have classes starting very shortly coached by a fully qualified strength and conditioning coach with years of experience. Boasting numerous National, European and World Titles and Records, get down and train with the best. Another of our young FEMALE lifters coming in first place at the National IDFPA Championships at the weekend. Aisling Alexander is only 17 years old and had an unbelievable 90kg Deadlift at only 53kg bodyweight. With a national title already in hand, We are expecting bigs things from this young lifter:-)
