Most people know they trained
But can’t remember
• what did I do yesterday?
• what did I do last week?
• how many reps did I do?
• why am I even doing this?
And that’s not a dig - it’s just reality.
Because progress isn’t always about adding weight to the bar.
Yes, load matters.
Yes, reps matter.
But sometimes…
• moving better matters more
• leaving a session with energy matters more
• sleeping better that night matters more
• knowing why you’re training matters more
If you “own your move”
Do it well.
Do it with intent.
Do it with awareness.
Before asking how much?
Ask what am I actually measuring?
