We were delighted to receive an invite from Dara Calleary TD to attend the opening of St. Marys Secondary School, Ballina to meet Norma Foley - TD and to chat about the competition as well as the importacne of STEM based learning for young students.

The stage is set for the 2023 F1 in Schools National Finals and we head to Galway in three weeks time to try and claim to title. 🏆

Plenty of publicity for the team in the coming days. Huge thanks to An Bolg Buí for allowing us to hang the banner on the pub and also to the Helpful Gardaí at St. Muredach's College who allowed us to and helped us hang the first Ballina welcome Mr. Biden will see 🙌🏻🇺🇸🇮🇪.

Huge thanks to Keith and all the staff at Riteway Engineering Ltd who helped us by providing a service of manufacturing our car. last week we received a brilliantly cut car as we head toward our testing sessions. Things are starting to shape up nicely.

Meet David, he is our Team principal and Design Engineer.
David is responsible for assuring all deadlines are met and team progress is being made as it should be. He works hard to make sure our high standards are upheld and he helps out with all aspects of the team. David is our design engineer as he is skilled in Solidworks and computer aided design and he uses his skill to create an innovative car that promises success. 🏎️💨

Meet Cian, our manufacturing engineer. Cian liaises between our design engineer and our manufacturing partner to make our design concept a reality. Cian also sources the logistics for the finished products and also accommodates the production of our pit display and all other physical aspects of the competition.
