But I think I've cracked how to prevent the Sunday Scaries getting the better of you

If you spend some time on a Sunday prepping yourself for the week ahead, I promise you'll feel a tonne better
Make sure you prep your mind, body, calendar, home...
All by organising and prioritising what you need for the new week
I find that by putting this structure in place on a Sunday, I feel way more in control through the week
I stick to my plan

and the rest falls into place
