Both Pilates and Yoga involve a mind-body connection but they have different focuses. Yoga is a holistic discipline rooted in spiritual philosophy that uses held poses; while Pilates is a system of exercises focused on physical conditioning, muscle strength, postural alignment and controlled movements.

Both are hugely beneficial but you may find that you just prefer one type of movement to another and that is A- OK 🤗

Pilates meets you where you are. With regular practice and modifications you can become stronger and more flexible over time. 🙌

✨Pilates is a practice focused on individual progress rather than achieving a single “perfect” form for everyone.

✨Every body is different, so the goal is to find what works best for you through consistent, quality practice, not to force a universally “perfect” movement.
