🧘‍♀️ Tuesday Anusara Yoga 7pm– FULL
🧘‍♀️ Wednesday Anusara Yoga 7pm – 1 space

For those who may not know much about my yoga background, I’m one of just a few Certified Anusara Yoga Teachers in Ireland. My training to date has involved hundreds of hours of yoga training and study, over 11 years of teaching experience and continuing ongoing study and development.
I’m also a mother of three girls and a primary school teacher, so I know how busy and full life can be! My yoga practice has always been something that helps me feel stronger, more grounded and more connected — and that’s what I hope to offer in my classes too.
Anusara combines alignment, strength, mobility and heart-centred teaching, with the practice that can be adapted to each individual.
I’m really looking forward to getting back on the mat with you all in September.
If you’d like one of the remaining spaces, just message me directly.

I’m quietly celebrating 10 years of teaching yoga in Ballaghaderreen 🧘‍♀️

Over the years, I’ve taught in 6 different venues and delivered tens of thousands of classes — from Anusara and Restorative to Yin, Pregnancy, Children’s Yoga, and Yoga for Bone Health. It’s been quite a journey.

It hasn’t always been easy. Balancing family, work, and teaching, adapting to online classes during COVID — but through it all, I kept teaching and you kept showing up. I’m so grateful for the continued support.

What will the next 10 years bring? Let’s see ✨

Thursday
9:30am – Morning Yoga

Strong women supporting strong women.

This International Women’s Day, we celebrated the power, resilience and wisdom of all women. In our yoga class this morning it was more than movement; it’s was a space where women could uplift, encourage, and support each other. Thanks for inviting me.

Here’s to strength, balance, and the incredible energy created when women support women.

Spring doesn’t wait for perfect condition, it simply begins 🌱

Pushing through cold soil.
Softly unfolding.
Rising anyway.

These first crocuses and daffodils remind us that growth doesn’t need everything to be aligned. It just needs a willingness to emerge, slowly, gently, bravely.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time" this is your nudge.

🌸 A new 4 week yoga block begins Monday 3rd of March 2026.
Four weeks to move, breathe, reset and reconnect as the season shifts.

Let this be the season you begin, not perfectly, but intentionally.

Illegal dumping in the forest near my home, including an animal carcass. This is unacceptable and harmful to wildlife, the environment, and public health.

Please respect nature. We need to report fly-tipping every time. Our wildlife and environment depend on it.

Why do I practice yoga?

People always ask me why I practice yoga and my answer has changed over the years. At 45, a wife ,a mother of 3 children, a primary school teacher, a yoga teacher life is busy so my answer today is completely different then it was 20 years ago.

I practice yoga to to find grounding; keep calm in difficult situations; find space to breathe a full breath.
Yes I practice to stay strong and flexible but mostly to find the space and time that I need. Yoga gives me the space to connect with the 'me' beyond all the responsibilitys and to be content with who I am in the moment. It gives the space to become aware of my body, mind and breath and feel that interconnectedness with the world around me. Yoga is truly amazing.

Yes yoga is more than a physical practice, it may start with a stretch but it become a shift in mindset.

Yoga classes back Monday the 10th of November. Some spaces available. Message for further information.
