Some Sunday motivation from one of Keith’s clients 😊 a recent snap from holly’s bday last week reflects the hard work over the last 9 months 🙌 there was a million sessions & trips away and she always bounced back 😎 she said at the start she wanted to get back to herself and I think she smashed it 😇 her last assessment she was down a stone & 35 inches all over in total 💪 more importantly than any numbers on the scales or tape is how much more confident & happier she is now 😊

We are delighted to announce we are reopening on tues the 8th of June 😊😊 its been way way too long since we were opened for business, but here’s hoping to moving forward the rest of 2021 🤞🤞

🚨 We are currently accepting new members for individual training
🚨 We are also taking on new members for personal training , 1:1 & small group pt (check Keith or Maireads insta for availability) 😊
🚨 Drop us a message if you’d like to join us and we’ll be glad to help get you set up on the app 😎
🚨 Bookings go live on tues the 1st of June so make sure to get in touch before then
