Something I’m all to familiar with hearing through clients over the years.

But… a first for me to experience as I plan my return back this week.

Im not anxious about not knowing what to do. But it’s the most out of shape I’ve been ever and no doubt I’ll see some people I know, I’ll be weak as f**k and it’s gonna take me a few to get back into the groove - that’s what’s niggling at me more so.

Something I always tell my clients,

“People are usually so obsessed or anxious about how they look in the gym, they won’t be paying any attention to you”.

Alas, the plan is set and it’s just time to do the do.
