My classic Saturday night shoulders and arms session was smashed.👊 Sticking to my program but still making it an enjoyable Saturday night pump. Give it a go and see what you think 🤔
💡I mix vertical push movements such as Barbell shoulder press and vertical pulls such as pull ups or lat pulldown in the same session. While doing my horizontal push pulls on my chest day.💡

▶️WARM UP AND STRECH!

➡️Barbell shoulder press 5×5 (Main compound lift) rest 3-5 mins
▶️Chin ups 4×6 (use a band if need be)3 mins 3 mins
➡️Lateral raises 🔥Superset with 🔥reverse pecdeck flys 4×12 rest 1-2 mins
▶️Wide grip lat pulldown 3×6-8 rest 2 mins
▶️Close grip lat pulldown 2×12
1-2 mins

💪Arm blaster 💪🔥🔥🔥(superset if u can or want to speed up the workout)

👉Standing easy curl bar curls 4×10-12
👉Close grip bench press off a block 4×10-12

👉Standing single hand curls 3×15
👉Tricep push down (with ropes) 3×12

👉Fat grip preacher curls 3×10-12
👉Tircep push down (with straight bar) 3×10-12

⏲ALL REST WAS SHORT AND UNDER 190s on arms ⏲

My pull day consisted of
•Sumo deadlifts 5×5
•Bent over Barbell row 4×10
•Banded pull ups 4×8
•T-bar row 3 ×12
•Seated cable row superset with lat pulldown 3×12.

☆Using the bands can be a great way to complete your full sets and reps of pull ups when fatigued. Or when struggling to complete regular pull ups its a great way to build up the size and strength in the back and eventually be able to progress to regular Pull ups without the bands☆

After failing this 220kg squat at nationals 2 weeks back i was determined to hit this today and finally got it. Big thanks to da boys for the spot and congrats to for hitting it Aswell. 💪

5 sets of speed pulls after working up to some heavy doubles. Think I'm gonna use the band's more often 🤔. Great way to help with the lockout on the deadlift 💪. Happy Sunday everyone 🙌

Another 12 week training cycle has started for the lads today, pull workout consisted of bent over barbell rows, let pull downs, chin ups and dumbell rows, then finished off the session hitting biceps with some barbell curls, cable curls, preacher curls and hammer curls.💪💪 the goal here is to gain lean mass🤙🤙

My first 2 clients here Alex Cristea to my left and Ross Cahill to my right training with 2 different goals. Alex wants to step on the platform and compete in his first powerlifting comp on the 4th of November and is strength training. While we have Ross on a 12 week, 3 phase program to gain some lean mass as priority and some strenght. Great progression so far and are on the right path to achieving their goals!
