Since our formation in 1996, Courtlough has expanded to become Ireland’s Premier Shooting Ground offering disciplines such as Down the Line, Olympic Trap, Automatic Ball Trap, S***t, Sporting, Fitasc and Compak Shooting. All shooting layouts are fully covered in, shielded from the weather elements, which makes it an ideal venue all year round. Our roots and expertise in Clay Shooting stem from 1950, when former Irish Olympian Richard Flynn began his shooting career and paved the way for the next 3 generations of The Flynn Family to follow in his footsteps, representing Ireland on an International platform. Throughout this time, we have expanded our Shooting Grounds to include Rifle and Pistol Shooting, with two Private Members ranges and a range designed specifically for beginners. Our ethos has remained the same – to provide state of the art shooting facilities, and the very best shooting instruction & experience in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. All our staff members hold professional qualifications awarded by the CPSA & NRA. We provide our clients with instruction and techniques that are suited to their individual requirements, whether for game or clay shooting. A solid foundation and impeccable safety, form the base from which true talent and personal style can flourish. Whether you are a novice learning from scratch, an experienced shot, or simply looking to ‘keep your eye in’, our shooting lessons are tailored to meet your individual needs and ability. Since its formation, Courtlough has expanded and welcomed Flynn Park to its portfolio of activities. Flynn Park is home to the Adventure Tower which has 3 levels of High Ropes Aerial Trekking, Climbing Walls, Zip-lining, Dropzone (Fan Descender), Paintball, Archery, Battlezone Archery, and now our very own inflatable waterpark – Aqualough! We have proven ourselves as leading event providers for Corporate events, Teambuilding days, Social club outings, School tours, Stag/Hen parties and Family days out. With over 75 acres to work with, Courtlough can cater for individual & groups of any size.
