We are thrilled to announce that Cavan Mugendo Fitness and Kickboxing Academy is the first academy in the country to install AI-Powered Punch-Back technology in our heavy bags! 🤖🥊
​The bags now use motion sensors to strike back if your guard is too low or your footwork is lazy. Please sign the new medical waivers at the front desk before your next class.
​Note: The gym is not responsible for any bags that develop a sentient grudge.
