Hi guys and gals just to anyone interested I start personal training in Ben Dunnes gym in cherrywood the first week in June, il be starting consultations as soon as possible. Il still be doing classes 8 a week mixed up throughout the week but if anyone is interested in one on ones or training with a friend to loose body fat or gain muscle or even just to build confidence give me a shout, pm me or leave your name on the PT list in the gym I can't wait to get started, don't be shy because I'm 100% sure if you have goals or a specific body type to want il be the man to get you on that path within 6-12 weeks.
