After the Success in Scotland we have five fighters competing in Galway on the 4th of April
These guys and girls are training hard putting in the hard graft before the fight.
First two to introduce are Richard Walsh and Ben Morrissy. Best of luck to both of them we will keep you posted on their progress.
We are open on Mondays and Wednesday for kids and youth classes from 7 to 8.30 and Tuesdays and Thursdays for adult classes . Come give it a go . Classes suitable for all levels .

Great night's work last night by Keelin Byrne in Glasgow. In Keelins first B Class fight against Miko Brown Keelin dominated the fight from the start . Using push kicks and leg kicks to upset his opponent keeping the fight at his range.
Let's be clear Miko Brown is a very good fighter and extremely well respected in his class.
With powerful combinations Keelin never looked under pressure catching the Scottish man with a smart attacks and defending strongly.
The unanimous decision confirmed the coaches opinion.
It takes a club to produce athletes of such calibre so huge thanks to all involved the coaches Seán Dillon John Jacob , Peter OCarroll , Kevin Kavanagh and Eric Black .
Also to all the sparing partners and club mates.
We are always looking for new members and fighters Male and Female .

Keelin Byrne is ready to rock later tonight in Glasgow Scotland .
Fighting in a 5×3 B Class
Fights start at 7pm but Keelin is up as final fight on the card.
Let's give him loads of support.
