Strength & Conditioning Coaching is tailored toward training practices to align with the phycial state of the individuals body at present. Whether you are a beginner setting out to complete a marathon or triathlon, soccer, GAA, golf, tennis etc, if you havent played sport for years or currently playing and want to Move Well, Feel Well and Look Well, then, this training is suited for you. Workouts
are geared toward enhancing performance and movement quality, developing postural strength and balance, improving overall function of the body from head to toe in alignment with your journey towards improving yourself. The Coaching Group will always be small (Max of 3 people to 1 Coach) allowing for careful and guided training so you can achieve the maximum benefits from each coaching session. Sessions available:
