Can I be honest with you for a moment?
Life doesn't pause. It doesn't wait until you're ready. It doesn't check in to see if you have the energy before it throws the next thing at you.
Some weeks are full of joy. Some weeks are full of hard stuff. And some weeks? You're just quietly getting through it. Holding it all together. Putting one foot in front of the other and hoping nobody asks you if you're okay because you're not sure what the answer is.
I see you. Wherever you are right now, I see you.
And here's what I've learned, both as an instructor and as a woman who has lived through some of life's most challenging moments: movement helps.
Not in a "fix everything" way. Not in a "push through the pain" way. In a quiet, gentle, "give your body something kind" way.
When your mind is racing, movement slows it down. When your chest feels tight, breathing through movement opens it up. When everything feels heavy, one hour on the Reformer reminds you that your body is still capable, still strong, still yours.
You don't have to be okay to come to class. You just have to come.
We'll take care of the rest. 💚
