Miri & Fit LTD. I am a holistic fitness well-being trainer, motivational life coach for individual and group training Who Am I? Why do I love this profession?

I have 10+ years experience and I have trained all age categories, beginners, athletes and I have experience with special population as well, e.g. seniors, prenatal, postnatal, diabetics just to name a few. I am an aerobic instructor, coach for TRX (suspension training), kettlebell, circuit training, indoor cycling, BOSUยฎ fitness and much more. I have competed in multiple Spartan Races and other O

CRs (obstacle course races). In 2019 I placed 3rd in my age category in Spartan Ultra Beast (50km+). My motto is: "You can do EVERYTHING when you WANT to do that". I want to help people understand their body and how it works. To help trainers understand their clients and to see how their clients body functions, their injuries, their lifestyle, their mental well-being because all of these things will show them and help them to help their client to reach their goals. I believe that adults, young people, teenagers and seniors can enjoy time together - this is why my dream is to build a centre for the whole family to spend time together whilst also getting fit.

Another busy day for our PT students ๐Ÿ’ช

This week we recapped periodisation before covering:
โœ”๏ธ Coaching strategies
โœ”๏ธ Client assessments
โœ”๏ธ Different training methods
โœ”๏ธ F**T & SPORT principles
โœ”๏ธ Set variations for different training styles

In the studio, Marcio and Alex coached the warm-ups ๐Ÿ‘ and everyone took part in a 45-minute workout where we learned how to coach EMOM and AMRAP training.

We also covered stretching techniques and discussed the importance of using the correct methods during warm-ups and cool-downs.

The gym session was packed ๐Ÿ˜… We went through different cardio machines, coaching points, and a variety of cable exercises while continuing to build confidence using NAMSET principles and coaching each other.

Lots of learning, lots of coaching, and plenty to practise before Week 5 ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This nomination reflects the work she puts into every session, class, and course - from complete beginners taking their first steps in fitness, to supporting a wide range of groups across the community. Her focus has always been on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where people feel confident, capable, and progress at their own pace.
