Glenford Connemara Ponies

This week really encompassed the lows and highs of horses.

Glenford Lola our wonderful foundation black mare closed her eyes to this world at the start of the week at the age of 24. She was a character and introduced us to our love of loose jumping as she won the all Ireland 21 years ago, she bred ponies that are all over Europe and even two in the USA 🥰 it is heartbreaking to say goodbye but she must of been looking down on us on Saturday as her Grandson Glenford Yogi qualified for the RDS performance Connemara class from a field of 70 ponies. We just wanted to thank Becky and Duncan for all their dedication, we can’t thank you enough and Lola thanks for your legacy you are a true legend ❤️

Glenford Margie’s full sister Glenford Angie Babe also enjoying herself finishing 4th in the 4-5 year old draught class

Both just outside qualification but so thrilled with them 🥰

Thanks to Becky for working her magic ✨ Well done Duncan on qualifying you certainly deserve it and roll on Scarteen, a little bit closer to home next week!

Great couple of weeks with Glenford Angie Babe in the starter series in Clare Equestrian and then getting her Class one and Bronze Merit at the HSI draught inspections. She is such a good girl learning every day 🥰
