StrongFirst Ashbourne is run by SFG Level 1 Instructors Stephen Cooley and Erik Ladika who qualified as StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructors in 2014. Classes take place at Integrity Martial Arts Academy, 20F Ashbourne Business Centre several times a week - Mixed Adult Classes for Beginners, Women Only classes, Intermediate Level Mixed classes and we are also available for private training sessions.
