We want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Ashbourne Raptors Basketball Club so far this season. Your encouragement, commitment, and positivity have played a massive role in the growth of our players and the success of our club.

🏀 Entered U14 & U16 teams into the NEBB League

This summer, top coach Igor Petrovic brought his basketball expertise to Ashbourne, leading a fantastic camp with the Ashbourne Raptors BC. Now, he’s organising a separate academy in Dublin open to boys and girls of all skill levels who want to develop their game, improve skills, and learn from one of the very best in the sport.

We are delighted to announce the start of our new club season and warmly invite you to encourage your children to join us for a fun, active, and engaging sporting experience. We also welcome you to be part of their journey by joining us at training sessions and supporting them throughout the season.

📅 Starting Dates:

Our new term will begin on Wednesday 3rd of September, back in ACS (Ashbourne Community School) sports hall with the following training groups and times:

U10 (7–9 years) – Wednesdays, 5:00 – 6:00 PM
U13 (10–12 years) – Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:00 PM
U16 (13–16 years) – Thursdays, 7:00 – 8:30 PM

Fees cover the full term from 3rd of September to 10th of December.

Sibling Discount: 50% off for any additional brothers or sisters joining the club!

💡 Special Note for Girls:

We would love to establish separate girls/boys teams going forward and so would encourage girls of all ages (from 7+ years) to join in our training sessions! Whether you’re completely new to the sport or have played before, our friendly coaches will help you develop skills, confidence, and a love for the game.

Dear Parents,

Just a quick reminder basketball training starts back this Tuesday as we kick off a brand new 7-week term!

It’s the perfect chance for our young athletes to stay active, improve their skills, and get ready for our most exciting season yet.
