Reminder for our first evening back for 2024. Its a cold one, please bring an extra layer and some cosiness for this evening, a nice warm blanket, unless you're a lama and you have a built in one. Tonight we'll return to basics and to our bodies with the warming nourishing practice our bodies are craving.
