**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

On Monday 31st of August Triple S Fitness was 2 years in business, I am so grateful to you all for your support in helping my dream come true of owning my own gym.

However, the time has come for me to say goodbye and turn the page to begin a new chapter in my life. All of you will hold a special place in my heart and I thank you all for the wonderful memories and friendships made over the last 2 years. No one knows what the future holds so one day I could be back, never say never, but for now this is farewell.

Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart, I wish you all nothing but the best!

🙌🏻💪🏻 We are Back in Action 🙌🏻💪🏻

Monday 29th June our doors will finally be reopen to all you wonderful people.

Personal Training sessions are available and for the meantime classes will be private group classes at the same price as the normal PAYG rate of €7 per person.

In order to stay compliant with social distancing and to ensure you all have a safe experience at Triple S Fitness there will be a booking system for classes in place for the foreseeable. Classes are private group classes as we get things back up and running with a minimum of 4 people per booking. To avail of a session in either a class or for personal training, all you have to do is message either the page or you can contact me on 0857706381

Hi guys hope everyone is keeping well!

I know it can be hard to stay motivated and on track while working out at home so I’m always here for any help anyone needs to get back on track!

!!!Hidden Extra Calories!!!

I’m sure we have all been guilty of eating out of boredom during this strange time, but what we need to be aware of are the hidden calories sneaking in.

The kettle has never been so busy as it has been the last few weeks in many households, for me especially.

I’m the biggest culprit of this so I’ll share my personal battle right now so you can learn from my mistakes!

I have switched from 4/5 cups of Black Coffee (yeah ok probably a lot more, it’s too many to count 😂) to around 10 cups of tea. Problem there is I add two teaspoons of sugar to my tea, that’s TWENTY tea spoons of sugar A DAY!
Average of 16 Calories per tea spoon so that’s 320 extra calories per day that are going unnoticed to many.

So for any of you out there who have found yourself having a few extra hot beverages/fizzy drinks/alcoholic beverages than normal, make sure you remember that LIQUID CALORIES COUNT TOO
