**No gym membership is required, you will not pay an admission fee to the gym while you train with me**

Happy International Mens Day!

This day serves as one of the most important in order to understand, highlight and open up about the struggles of men and the importance of their wellbeing.

Gender equality, toxic masculinity and societal ideology are issues that greatly affect the wellbeing of males. It's something that we should be creating awareness around not only today, but everyday.

The stigma circulating around males opening up about their mental health is one that is so prominent in Ireland, and has sadly resulted in our country having the fourth highest male su***de rate in Europe.

One to One Online Personal Training Sessions!

The winter months are here and it's more important than ever to focus on your physical health and of those close to you!

I am offering blocks of 45 minute online personal training sessions at the following rates:
4 blocks: €160 (€40 per session)
8 blocks: €240 (€30 per session)

An online assessment will be done before training begins via ZOOM or WEBEX free of charge!

Longest run this year! However, I had no distance in mind. I went out with the intention of enjoying the run and listening to my body. This distance has been a long time coming due to injury from 2019 but I'm delighted to report that not once did my metatarsal issue flare up and bite, buzzin after that 🤩

Dont take your mobility and body for granted. Work on it, listen to it!
