Great to see everyone back in the Dojo.
Two Great classes tonight everyone putting in the effort.
Focus of tonights classes was stretching,flexibility, fighting techniques,sparing and a recap of the yellow belt techniques.
Our junior class is fully booked at the moment as spaces become available I will contact anyone who has massaged me in relation to starting.
