Join our exciting fitness class designed just for kids aged 10-12.

Our 45-minute sessions are perfect for those who love to move and have fun but aren't fans of competitive sports and also for sporty children who want something different from their usual training.
Using a variety of bodyweight and fitness exercises and interactive activities, kids will develop motor skills, balance, and coordination while getting fit without even knowing it.

It's all about FUN, FITNESS, FRIENDSHIP along with their RESILIENCE and WELL-BEING. Perfect for boosting confidence and keeping active in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
