Heart & Soul Self Defence Academy would like to thank all the ladies and gentlemen, who attended our Free 4 hour Self Defence Seminar yesterday.
Together we raised much need funds for Women's Aid. East Glendalough school very kindly allowed the use of a training space.
Here at Heart & Soul Self Defence Academy, it is our mission to empower Women and children. Thank you ladies for taking that time for yourselves, to begin to learn a new life skill.

To whom it may concern,
I wish to clarify that while I am not a qualified or registered coach by international and national standards, Heart & Soul karate are fully insured, and that under our insurance I can teach up to the level of my adult belt rank. We teach children self defence skills that they will have for life.
