Are you highly organized, great with numbers, and passionate about supporting your local community? Ardfert Community Council CLG is looking for a motivated Office and Account Administrator to join our team at the Ardfert Community Centre!

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in a vibrant hub that supports everything from our childcare and senior daycare facilities to our sports and recreational center's.

The Details:
📅 Hours: Full-time (35 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9am–5pm)
📍 Location: Ardfert Community Centre, Co. Kerry
💰 Salary: Dependent on qualifications & experience

What you’ll be doing:

Managing day-to-day office & reception operations.

Handling financial accounts, payroll (ROS), and systems like Xero & SportsKey.

Supporting our board, helping with grant applications, and managing our social media presence.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role with accounts experience.

Strong IT skills (MS Office) and experience with accounting software.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for community development!

Are you looking to gain new skills while supporting your local community? Abbeydorney Development Company is currently looking for a Maintenance Worker for the Ardfert Village area under the Community Employment (CE) Scheme.
