If you are interested in learning more about the benefits of Mindfulness why not sign up to the BOUNCE BACK program, which is a lovely 4 week course, learning simple techniques to support your wellbeing and build your inner resilience.
Commencing Friday 10th Nov in the Niall Mór Community and Enterprise Centre and Enterprise Centre, from 10am-1.00pm
Participants will be informed about a range of interesting topics such as dealing with anxiety, managing stress, addressing fears & worries, looking after your wellbeing, dealing with uncertainty, and overcoming everyday challenges.
Over the 4 weeks you will benefit greatly from having some time and space to gather your thoughts & participate in some gentle selfcare practices, such as:

❤️Self-Care practices
❤️Self-Kindness practices
❤️Self-Reflection & Journaling exercises, tools for managing stress & anxiety and much more.
