Adult Training Information:
Registration Fee €86.50 per annum.
-Tuesdays, 7:00pm at the Tech track - speed session with club coach Lorriane Manning.
-Thursdays, 7.15pm at the Tech track- speed session with Mary De Barra joining Cobh Tri Club.
-Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6pm - 8pm at the Tech track - dynamic warm up, session, cool down with coach David Barrett. Little Athletics (5-7 year old)
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6pm - 6:45pm in Colaiste Muire Astro

The Bees (7-11 year old)
Juveniles (12-17 year olds)
Mondays @ 6pm - 7pm in Colaiste Muire Astro. Wednesdays @ 6pm - 7pm in Colaiste Muire Astro.

SHE'S DONE IT AGAIN! 🔥

Sophie O'Sullivan (Ballymore Cobh AC) digs deep to finish second over 800m at the Grand Prix Brescia in Italy, a World Athletics Continental Tour silver meet.

Her personal best time of 1:58.60 moves her to second on the Irish all-time list behind Ciara Mageean ☘️

At the 2026 Weltklasse Zurich meet in the Letzigrund Stadium in Switzerland last evening, Ballymore Cobh AC's Sophie O'Sullivan raced hard and gave it her all as always, however it wasn't the result hoped for by the 24 year old.

It was a 12th place finish in 4:12.25, but with plenty more races in those legs to come, as an 800m race awaits Sophie in the picturesque Italian city of Brescia in stunning Lombardy this Sunday 🖤🧡🇮🇪

Bring on Brescia! Choo, Choo 🚆🇮🇹
