What an amazing community effort on Saturday 👏

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our fundraiser workout for Hospice Ireland we raised over €500 for a fantastic cause that is close to so many people.

The atmosphere in the gym on Saturday morning was brilliant and it was great to see everyone getting behind it and supporting such a great cause

The streets of Portlaoise 5k yesterday was such a brilliant race from start to finish — everything about it was spot on. The organisation, the atmosphere, and the course itself were all class 👏 best of all was getting to do it with such a great group of people🙌
It was great to see so many familiar faces out running and enjoying it aswell. Days like that are what it’s all about.
Already looking forward to running it again next year!😃

What a brilliant morning in Portlaoise!! 🙌🔥
Massive well done to everyone who took part in the 5k today — serious effort all around 💪
A special shoutout to everyone who completed our Couch to 5k over the past 10 weeks… especially those who had never run before. To go from that to crossing the finish line today is unreal 👏🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
There was such a great buzz this morning, loads of support, and plenty of proud moments. You should all be delighted with yourselves 👊

Friday shout-out time 💚

Big shout-out to these two absolute legends, Lorraine and Anne.

Week in, week out they show up, put in the work, and do it with a smile and a bit of craic. They’re a perfect example that fitness is about keeping moving, staying strong, and enjoying the process.

Both of them are genuinely inspirational, not just for what they do in the gym, but for the positivity they bring with them every time they walk through the door. We’re lucky to have them as part of the gym community.

Friday Appreciation Post 🙌

Darragh & Adara, just wanted to put this up to say a massive thank you to you both.

You’ve been such a huge part of FIT Life over the last 2 years — the laughs, the energy, the hard work, and just the soundness you brought every single time you walked through the doors. You honestly made the place better.

We’re genuinely going to miss having you around the gym, but we’re absolutely delighted for you both as you start this new chapter back in Dublin and settle into your new home. Massive congratulations again — you’ve earned every bit of it 🏡❤️

Thanks for everything, the effort you always put in, and for being two of the nicest people to coach.
