The Meridian Adventure Marina Club is dedicated to creating a meeting point for yacht crew and yacht owners. Our goal is to provide a friendly club environment where like-minded people can share their ideas. Our facility offers a fusion restaurant, swimming pool and lounge area, adventure dive club, laundry and concierge services, cold room and freezer facility, and a resident vessel clearance agent who handles all vessels’ local and international clearances, and permits. Club Membership is required to utilise the Meridian Adventure Marina Club facilities. Meridian Adventure is supporting Waisai to become the premier yachting hub in Asia and has plans to expand its now small marina into one of the most popular marinas in the world. With the support of the yachting community, we will achieve this vision. In the absence of berth availability, Waisai offers a calm, safe, and clean anchorage. Meridian Adventures provides water taxi services at no charge to club members to and from our Marina Club and the anchorage. OUR HOMESTAY DIVE ADVENTURES
Meridian Adventure is committed to helping the local community develop their economy, on their terms, and at a sustainable pace that meets their expectations. As part of this commitment, we are partnered with a number of local “homestays” in the Raja Ampat Regency. These are not homestays in the western sense, that is, you won’t be sharing a home but you will still be a guest of an Indonesian/Papuan family. Accommodation is provided on the family’s land in the type of housing typical of the area, and 3 meals a day are provided, making it a true cultural experience. Meridian Adventure facilitates the booking process and provides transport from our Waisai Resort to the various Homestays. Once settled in, Meridian Adventure Dive supports your daily 2 tank dive experience, providing high-tech dive equipment, on our state of the art dive boats. OUR DIVE BOATS
Our large versatile 10.6m RIB dive boats are designed and built to thrive in the harshest conditions. The space, comfort and long range capabilities make this ideal for multi-purpose use. Fuel is stored in two tanks below the self-draining, non-slip deck with a maximum capacity of 1,080 litres. The hull features include aluminium keel protection and 2 towing points. The pontoons are constructed from Military Grade 1670Dtex Hypalon, with three heavy duty shark fin rubbing strakes and a full-length grab line. The tubes have internally taped seams with 7 inflation valves, 7 over pressure release valves and anchor rope bow protection. The 600mm diameter tubes make these pontoons exceptionally comfortable to ride on to and from dive sites. You can purchase your own dive boat on our website. DIVEMASTER INTERNSHIP
