“Coach, can I get a body like this in one month?”
Sure… but it’s not the muscles that will be built first, it’s the reality check 😭 A gym newbie just walked in, barely knows the machines, yet already dreaming of an athlete-level body.

His friend couldn’t hold it and slap. The coach came in to stop it, understood the problem, and joined the slap too. In the gym, the only instant thing is soreness and embarrassment. Everything else takes time. Train hard, stay consistent, and stop being delusional.
