Meine Vision ist es so viele Menschen wie möglich wieder mit ihrem Herzen und der ureigenen Kraft zu verbinden damit sie ein selbstbestimmtes Leben gestalten können und um zu erkennen wer sie wirklich sind. Es ist die authentische Kraft, ich nenne sie durch eigene Erfahrung die Herzenswahrheit, die gefunden und gelebt werden möchte. In Phasen der Transformation unterstütze ich dich auf eine ganzhe

itliche Weise, mit Kopf, Herz, Seele und Körper.

• Befindest du dich gerade in einer Art Lebenskrise und möchtest endlich raus aus Funktionieren und Unzufriedenheit?

• Spürst du tief in deinem Herzen, dass im Leben noch viel mehr möglich ist?

• Hast du dein Strahlen verloren und sehnst dich danach erfüllter und glücklicher zu leben?

• Du weißt, dass viel mehr in dir steckt, du aber den Zugang dazu nicht findest?

• Bist du bereit dein Herz zu befreien, alle Mauern niederzulegen und das Leben zu gestalten, das du dir wünschst? Auf meinem Selbstfindungsweg haben mir Yoga & Meditation sehr geholfen die Verbindung zu mir und meinem Herzen zu spüren und in der Tiefe zu erkennen wer ich wirklich bin. Erst als ich mein Herz unendlich weit für mich selbst und für die Welt öffnete fand ich diese Wahrheit, die mein ganzes Leben verändert hat. Und damit fing eine der wundervollsten Reisen, Reise zu sich selbst, in die Selbstliebe, den inneren Frieden, die Vergebung und die Befreiung von Glaubenssätzen und Muster. Und auf dieser Reise möchte ich dich begleiten damit auch du deiner Herzenswahrheit näher kommst und dein Leben voller Leichtigkeit und Freude gestalten kannst. Ich möchte dich jedoch nichts lehren, denn alles ist bereits in dir vorhanden. Ich möchte dir helfen deine Wahrheit in dir zum Leben zu erwecken damit du dich deinem natürlichen Erblühen hingeben und deinen ganz individuellen Herzensweg gehen kannst. Auf deinem persönlichen Weg helfe ich dir körperliche, mentale und emotionale Stärke zu entwickeln, dich neu zu entdecken, dein Herz zu öffnen und löse dabei Blockaden auf energetischer Ebene auf. Es braucht Vertrauen und ein Bewusstsein aus Liebe um sich auf den Weg zu seinem wahren Selbst zu machen, dabei unterstütze ich dich sehr gerne. Namaste

✨TRÄUME WERDEN WAHR, WENN DU SIE IN DEINEM HERZEN SPÜRST, DEN MUT HAST, IHNEN ZU FOLGEN UND DEM LEBEN VERTRAUST, SIE ZU VERWIRKLICHEN.✨

Die letzten Monate waren intensiv und voller Bewegung – innerlich wie äußerlich. Ich war viel auf Reisen, habe inspirierende Menschen getroffen und neue Erfahrungen gemacht.

Seit einem Monat bin ich wieder zurück auf Bali und ich spüre so viel Dankbarkeit, dass sich hier gerade große Träume erfüllen.🥰

Schon seit langem hatte ich den Wunsch, Teil eines inspirierenden Projektes zu sein, das alle Vorzüge von Yoga, Meditation, Heilung und spirituellen Wachstums beinhaltet. Nun ist dieser Traum wahr geworden: ein Yoga Studio und Yoga Teacher Training im Eco retreat Village, wo ich lebe. 😍

Bali ist der perfekte Ort dafür – diese Insel ist ein magischer Raum für Transformation und Heilung. Ich fühle mich jeden Tag aufs Neue gesegnet, hier leben und wirken zu dürfen.😇

Ich glaube es war kein Zufall, dass ich Simon, den Gründer von SKY Yoga & Meditation im entscheidendem Moment getroffen habe.🙏🏼

Yoga und Meditation haben mein Leben völlig verändert – sie haben mir geholfen, mein Herz zu öffnen, inneren Frieden zu finden, zu vergeben und alte Muster loszulassen. 🕉️

Der Weg der Heilung begleitet uns ein ganzes Leben und erinnert uns daran, dass Wachstum in jeder Erfahrung steckt.
Genau das möchte ich mit anderen teilen, zu ermutigen und zu inspirieren, dass viel mehr möglich ist als wir denken.
