Dulu saya pikir warm-up di basket sama gym sama aja. Tapi seiring waktu saya belajar satu hal penting:

Kalau tubuh tidak punya akses ke posisi yang dibutuhkan, latihan utama berubah jadi kompensasi bukan progres.

Ini 2 pemanasan yang biasa saya berikan juga ke klien.

Bisa salah satu sisi atau kedua sisi, tujuannya buat RESET! Reset pelvis & reset ribcage.

New spot from Japan, baru buka dan dibawa ke Canggu. Beberapa menu memang belum ready, tapi ini udah cukup buat gw:
daging + nasi. Done. 😂🥩🍚
