Dalam yoga, setiap pose adalah pelajaran hidup.
Vrksasana (Tree Pose) mengingatkan kita untuk berakar kuat seperti pohon, tapi tetap lentur saat angin datang.

Melalui pose ini, tubuh belajar untuk:
– Menguatkan kaki & lutut
– Membuka dada & melenturkan pinggul
– Menemukan fokus, konsentrasi, dan ketenangan

Dan yang terpenting, kita belajar bahwa keseimbangan tidak selalu berarti diam. Sama seperti pohon yang bergoyang diterpa angin, kita pun bisa tetap kokoh dalam setiap perubahan.
