So! This happened last month in Japan! 🇯🇵

Not only did I spend a few weeks traveling around one of the countries I had always wanted to visit, but I also made one of my dreams come true and in Tokyo I got to see one of my favorite artists, Eddie Vedder, perform live 😍🎶🎸! It was sooooo amazing!

What a month! March felt like a movie: Scuba dive, Dance, Meditate. I started in Bali, then continued to the Philippines...

What a month! March felt like a movie: Scuba dive, Dance, Meditate.

I started in Bali, then continued to the Philippines, scuba diving with thresher sharks and sharing yoga with incredible people that joined our Malapascua dive expedition 🦈

From there, I went to Bangkok, Thailand, enjoying hours of dancing in the Afro Camp💃🏽. And finally to India, back to Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, the place that changed my life last year 🤍

The practices I’ve received here and carry through my daily sadhana have become the most precious thing to me. Each visit to the Ashram and every program I take adds more intensity and depth to my life, and my love for this place continues to grow 🙏🏽

Grateful for Isha, for Sadhguru, and for these yogic practices that transformed me from within 🙌🏼

April begins here at the ashram, and this month’s chapter is already clear: Travel, Explore, Make dreams come true ✈️️ 🌍🧚🏽‍♀️
