🟣West Hollywood: Super-circuit hybrid session and sister workout of Hollywood with 27 unique stations. The second lap is slightly shorter than first lap.
🟣Hyrox Signature Series: Crafted for members to get into world-famous series of fitness racing. Perfect your Hyrox movement techniques and learn new skills for this all-inclusive hybrid fitness.
🔵Mkatz: Resistance-based workout that uses drop set timings and overload techniques to work the body, with a surprise 2-minute core finisher
