Manager position !!!

Bonjour,

Dive Concepts Bali cherche son nouveau manager pour le centre de Pemuteran. Le poste est à pourvoir à compter de mi-juillet 2025.
Les tâches du manager :
- Gérer un staff local et international
- Utiliser les outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Emails, …)
- Gérer les coûts opérationnels
- Gérer la relation clientèle
- Gérer les standards de plongée et de cours
- S’occuper des tâches opérationnelles du quotidien
- Est garant du bon état de l'équipement


Nous recherchons quelqu’un qui :
- A une expérience en tant qu’instructeur
- Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (une autre langue est un plus)
- Sait travailler en équipe
- Une expérience dans un poste équivalent, est un plus


Nous offrons :
- Le logement dans une staff house
- 3 repas par jours
- 4 jours de congés par mois
- Un salaire de base + Commissions sur chiffre d’affaires du centre
- Un contrat d’un an renouvelable avec permis de travail

Bonjour,

Dive Concepts Pemuteran recherche un(e) instructeur SSI pour un contrat d’un an à partir d'Avril. Le centre est basé à Bali (Indonésie).
Le candidat doit pouvoir enseigner en français et en anglais. Des langues supplémentaires sont un plus.
Vous serez en charge des cours du DSD au Divemaster.
Nous offrons :
- Le logement
- 3 repas par jour.
- Rémunération en commissions
- Un pourcentage du chiffre d'affaires du centre de plongée
- Vous serez sous visa de travail (KITAS) pendant votre année.

Dive Concepts Pemuteran (West Bali) is looking for 2 new staff members starting as soon as possible. Female or male.
We are hiring an SSI instructor with qualifications as follow:

-Non-Indonesian for a 6 month contract (possibility to extend). Able to teach in English and an other language. In active teaching status, fully equipped, able to teach from Try Scuba to DM.
We offer for this position:
-Commissioned based salary + profit sharing
-Working permit 6 month renewable. Cost partially covered by the dive center.
-3 meals/day on working days
-1 day off/week

-Indonesian national. Able to teach in Indonesian AND English. In active teaching status, fully equipped, able to teach at least Try Scuba, OWC, AAC.
We offer for this position:
-Commissioned based salary + profit sharing + Fix salary
-Possibility of long term contract
-1 day off/week

Dive Instructor Wanted

We are looking for a dive instructor to join our team in Dive Concepts Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia. You will be responsible for conducting SSI courses from DSD to Divemaster. You will also be expected to assist with the daily operations of the dive center, such as taking bookings, answering inquiries, and promoting our services.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A valid instructor SSI certification or higher
- A willingness to learn and adapt to different cultures and environments
- A commitment to follow SSI standards and environmental best practices
- Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written

-Indonesian national. Able to teach in Indonesian AND English. In active teaching status, fully equipped, able to teach from Try Scuba to DM with at least Deep, Nitrox, Night, Rescue, React Right, SOD, DG specialties.

-Non-Indonesian. Able to teach in English AND FRENCH (mandatory). In active teaching status, fully equipped, able to teach from Try Scuba to DM with at least Deep, Nitrox, Night, Rescue, React Right, SOD, DG specialties.

-Extra languages are a plus
-Already in Indonesia or ready to move ASAP is a plus

Dive Concepts Pemuteran (Ouest Bali) recrute pour commencer au plus tôt : un instructeur/instructrice SSI (ou PADI souhaitant passer un crossover) pouvant enseigner en français (condition obligatoire) et anglais (des langues supplémentaires sont un plus évidemment).

Nous offrons :
Permis de travail de 1 an renouvelable,
Logement dans notre staff house en chambre privée,
3 repas/jour les jours travaillés,
Salaire sur commission + intéressement au chiffre d’affaires.

Nous proposons un très bel environnement de travail, très belles plongées, 3 plongées/jour maximum (à quelques exceptions près)
