I’m not

The best of the best don’t do it alone

Every CEO. Every athlete. Every operator at the top has a team around them.

Not because they couldn’t figure it out themselves. Because figuring it out themselves is the slowest path to the result

This is what held my clients back before they joined. They believed they could keep winging their health and get the same results they did from doing the opposite in business and career.

Your health is directly tied to how long your success lasts. You already know this. The awareness isn’t the problem

The problem is the trained eye and the time to apply the attention to detail this requires

That’s the gap I close

Two washed up logs, 20 minutes, better pump than any commercial gym has given me in months

The routine

Set a 20 min timer

20s of a core hold you can actually complete with form (L-sit, hollow body, V-ups, pick your level)

Superset with 10 reps of a hard push up variation. I used offset push ups because the single arm dominance lit up my chest and shoulders different
Rest under 45s when you need it, that’s the only rule
The variation doesn’t matter, the intensity does
Most people fall off the second they leave home.

The travel becomes, the poor hotel gym, the time zone becomes the excuse

Day One of the most rewarded ten days of the year.
Lived by Allah’s SWT design.

Fajr at the beachfront. Dhuhr in one of Lomboks 8000 mosques. Asr by the resort gardens. Maghrib on the beach. Isha by candlelight.

The Prophet ﷺ said no days are more beloved to Allah than the first ten of Dhul Hijjah. Deeds multiplied. Mercy compounded.

Most brothers will sleep through them.
I don’t want to be one of them.

Every founder in your feed is selling a morning routine. Allah designed one for you 1400 years ago. Unmatched. Simple, consistent, and built for something bigger than yourself.

It’s just not trendy enough to monetise.

There’s something about a place where the adhan rolls across the water. Prayer stops feeling like a checkbox. Movement enhances your energy. It starts feeling like the entire point.

The real reason fathers should train? ⬇️

Your kids think you’re a superhero. They copy everything you do. The way you walk, the way you talk, the way you move.

So what are you showing them? The dad on the sofa scrolling his phone?

Or the dad who moves, who trains, who has energy to play at 7pm and still carry them to bed at 9?

You’re not just building a body. You’re building the example they’ll follow for the rest of their lives.

20 minutes. My living room. No equipment. No excuses.

You’ve never missed a deadline at work. But you’ve missed the gym 3 weeks in a row.

You don’t have a discipline problem. You have a perception problem.

You treat your career like it matters, because it does. Yet you treat your health like it’s optional and then wonder why your energy is gone by 2pm.

You walked in as the apprentice once. Knew no one. Knew nothing. Made every mistake. But you kept showing up.

Stayed late. Took the extra shift. Said no to mates who were going out.

Nobody noticed. Nobody cared. But you didn’t stop.

That process,that exact process! Is the same in the gym. Same discipline. Same consistency. Same lonely work nobody sees.

You already know how to do hard things. You’re just not applying it to the one thing that fuels everything, YOUR BODY!
