How you build muscle in less time.

Once you know the form strap on the weight and push the intensity.

Basic compound movements should be your bread and butter in training.

When done with the right intensity, your sessions can be shorter but the results. Phenomenal!

The muscle needs stimulus to grow. Which means achieving a certain level of challenge, pushing just past it limits. Safely ofcourse.

It requires you to lock in and focus because the goal is to get as close to or hit failure.

By doing this you wont need more than 2 sets as the muscle will have worked more than enough to grow in size and strength.

Done across 3-4 exercises you can be in and out of training in under 60 mins.

PSA: Dont expect to jump straight in and lift big weight right away. Respect the process. Master the form.

Experience failure at bodyweight, then add the weight.

Rest 2-3 mins and move straight on.

As long as you make sure there's enough recovery between sessions, this can be done twice a week.

Time is what you make of it. Here's how to get the most out of yours:

We're running a ladder of push ups + front squats.

Start at 5 reps, work your way up to 10 and then back down.

The goal is simple.

Set a timer. Take minimal rest. Beat your time next session/week.

Progress it by adding more reps or a heavier KB.

At the Creed, we believe there is always something you can do.

So while they are watching workout vids, you can be doing this or one of the 100s we have for you.

To build the physique everyone says they want but never does anything about it.

What training or progress tips do you want to see me cover next?

It really is all you need 😎 let me explain

Muscle needs stimulus to grow and each method here is designed to produce it when done correctly over time.

HEAVY : Once you have the form down strap on the KGs.

Progressive overload is what drives muscle growth and strength.

Use lower rep ranges to near enough failure to build thickness and increase your strength to weight ratio which makes defying gravity look easy.

Stick to small increments when overloading and grind through reps even if you slow down aslong as form is still solid.

FAST : Force = Mass x Acceleration so if your goal is to be powerful (which it should be) you have to move with speed.

Once you have that down increase the mass too and power sky rockets.

The body has to grow in order to keep up with the intensity so you’ll notice huge growth here.

Pick a weight you can control safely at speed and stop when the rep speed slows dramatically.

HIGH REP: Strength is key but not if you can’t maintain it for time.
Adding in endurance reps will boost your ability push through hard sets.

It will also help strengthen weaknesses that low reps miss like biceps that fail at the top on heavier sets.

1-2 sets just shy of failure per session is a strong starting point.

I believe both men and women should be training them.

The growth potential is simply too great to not.

The base level is 1-3 for women and 10 for men.

Career took off when I started giving back to what allowed me to work in the first place…My body 🧘🏻‍♂️

It used to be a million coffees skipped meals and energy drinks followed by anxiety and lack of sleep.

Now it’s sunshine movement and protein and well, the results speak for themselves.

Just some food for thought 💭

Your success in getting and staying lean 365 comes from following these simple rules:

Foods to eat 🤌🏽

- Protein in every meal. Leaner if a big weight cut needed.
Chicken breast, Egg whites, lean cut steak.
2g per 1kg of BW as the daily target.

- Carbs around training. Before training, fruits like bananas dates kiwis dark chocolate and oats leave 60-90mins for digestion.
After training, sourdough breads and similar unprocessed carbs (pasta, potatoes)

- Proper hydration. Minimum 2.5L daily drank THROUGHOUT the day. Electrolytes in water, green teas. Always start your day with water before consuming anything else.

Foods to AVOID 🫢

- large portions of fatty meats. Fat in meat is super healthy but very high in cals so use sparingly. Oily fish and fatty cuts of meat.

- Anything processed, do this consistently for two months to see amazing results then the body can reintroduce without losing progress. Junk food and sugary drinks (yes random protein shakes too!) ALWAYS check food labels if unsure.

- Random unaccounted snacks! Mindless eating is ruining your progress. Take pics of everything you eat to avoid this.

- SAUCES 🤯 serious hidden calories here so ALWAYS have in the side and use in small amounts!

- WATER CONSUMPTION. Downing water before bed will only disrupt sleep ruining recovery and slowing down progress. Sip it during the day and stop 30 mins before bed.

Granted everyone is different but these rules have helped me and my members have serious transformations!

I’m gifting you the opportunity to get tailored nutrition guidance when you comment CREED

The real reason fathers should train? ⬇️

Your kids think you’re a superhero. They copy everything you do. The way you walk, the way you talk, the way you move.

So what are you showing them? The dad on the sofa scrolling his phone?

Or the dad who moves, who trains, who has energy to play at 7pm and still carry them to bed at 9?

You’re not just building a body. You’re building the example they’ll follow for the rest of their lives.

20 minutes. My living room. No equipment. No excuses.

Speaking of setting an example guess what Gender my little one is gonna be below👇

Bismillah.
