Forget about the outdated advice to not exercise or to do gentle movement only during your pregnancy! Embracing movement during pregnancy is highly beneficial for both the expecting mother and the developing baby. There is a multitude of reasons why incorporating physical activity into a pregnancy routine is advantageous!
