Sunrise Mat Pilates in the Garden 🌿

Join us on Saturday, 27th September as Sunset Pilates Sanur teams up with Shotgun Social for a beautiful morning to Move & Nourish together.

We’ll start the day with a refreshing sunrise mat Pilates session in the garden, followed by a delicious smoothie bowl (included in your ticket).

This class is open level - everyone is welcome! We’ll guide you through mindful progressions so you can challenge yourself at your own pace. As this is a group class, we won’t be offering individual modifications, so we encourage you to listen to your body and take what feels right for you.

✨ Come Move & Nourish with us, connect with the Pilates community of Sanur, and share a morning of movement, mindfulness, and good food.

Forget about the outdated advice to not exercise or to do gentle movement only during your pregnancy! Embracing movement during pregnancy is highly beneficial for both the expecting mother and the developing baby. There is a multitude of reasons why incorporating physical activity into a pregnancy routine is advantageous!

Improved Physical Health, enhanced mood & mental well-being, preparation for labor & delivery, reduced discomfort, better sleep, increased energy levels, enhanced flexibility & balance, social interaction & support, posture improvement, quicker postpartum recovery and so much more!

I am so grateful I had Pilates to keep me moving during both my pregnancies!🌸

If you’re after some guidance & love an at home workout to follow along too- you can now find me on online platform. For a small monthly fee you have access to all my prenatal videos as well as all the Pilates your heart desires through the other workouts🩷! If you try it out, I’d love to hear how you’re going!! (Who knows, I might make a non pregnancy appearance on there soon😉)

Classes to create community, maintain & rebuild your core, gain strength & lengthening with full body movements & boost your mental health!

Mums with their little babes are welcome to come join. Space for prams or little mats for your little humans.
