Let’s be honest most classes/group sessions are over filled and under coached

30 people crammed into a room, sharing equipment, moving so fast you can’t even get decent form in.

Our Performance session is built completely different.
AMRAP style, high energy, full-body conditioning, but run with actual control.

Capped at 16 people. Structured stations so there’s no standing around confused. Fully coach led, so there’s always someone watching your form, not just your clock.

You don’t need to do more. You need to train right.

Find your reason, set a goal, then build a process that challenges you without being impossible to stick to.
